We want to welcome Lucio “Lou” Faberardino and his customers from Lou’s Classic Barber Shop. Lou took over ownership in 2020 of the shop formerly known as Saylor’s Barbershop, 17 N Court Street, Crown Point, IN. John Saylor started the barbershop in 1964 in a building owned by the Crown Point Eagles.
Lou has been at the shop for over 16 years. He is a third-generation barber. His grandfather and dad were trained in Italy. Lou’s dad is still cutting hair at age 83 in Lansing, IL. Moving locations was a difficult decision for him.
The move here is effective Tuesday, September 1, 2026. We are honored to bring in the history and stories to Man Cave Barbers, LLC.
